We collect only the information needed to run your membership: your email address and display name for authentication, an optional profile photo, KYC documents (government ID and selfie) when you use the P2P exchange, and payment records for membership fees and USDT trades. We also log basic session and audit information (sign-in time, IP address) to keep the platform secure.
Your data is used exclusively to authenticate you, manage your membership and rank, verify your identity for P2P trading, and deliver the features you signed up for — signals, analysis, chat and the exchange desk. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles or train third-party models.
CWS Alpha will never sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party. KYC documents are stored in private, access- restricted storage and are visible only to you and authorized owners for verification.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support. Upon deletion, your records are removed within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example, transaction records).
